The IFR4NPO team includes a diverse range of individuals around the world. This is important for very many reasons, including the credibility and validity of the Guidance development process and the quality of the final product. It is therefore the goal of the IFR4NPO Secretariat to encourage applications and appointments from different stakeholder groups, nationalities, geographical locations, races and genders. Chaired by Kris Peach, the role of the Governance Group is to provide governance oversight to the delivery of the project.
The IFR4NPO project is run by a partnership between Humentum and CIPFA.
Humentum is a Membership Association (with nearly 300 Non Government Organisation members), a sector convener and advocate. Its activities include conducting peer to peer roundtables, holding conferences, collecting and sharing insights to influence sector stakeholders, offering training, and hosting an active member community.
The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy is the only professional accountancy organisation in world exclusively dedicated to public finance. CIPFA has played a unique role as standard setter for local government and charities in the UK.
In addition to those shown below, other staff and associates from Humentum and CIPFA also contribute to the project in a number of valuable ways.
This ambitious global project would not be possible without the expertise, experience and passion of the professional volunteers all over the world.
