Grant Agreement Clauses Working Group

A small working group to develop example clauses to help with the application of INPAG

Rationale

The content of grant agreements is the primary driver for determining the rights and obligations on grantors and grantees, and these in turn determine the accounting treatments.

This working group will develop example wording to complement the principles and terminology in INPAG.

Seeking members

We are currently seeking to recruit volunteer members to establish a small working group representing a diverse range of stakeholders and disciplines, including grant makers, grant recipients (both local and international NPOs), auditors and consultants, each with experience and expertise, representing a variety of geographies, including perspectives of legal, business development, compliance, programmes, and finance etc.
