Dear Stakeholders,

Hopefully by now, you cannot have missed the launch of INPAG Exposure Draft 2 on 26 September! Responding to public consultations on accounting standards may be way outside your comfort zone or job description, but your voice matters! So in this newsletter we’d like to give you some pointers for how to do it. I’ve even recorded a short video with a step by step guide (there are only 4 steps). In this edition we are also delighted to announce the Chair of the Donor Reference Group, and finally remind you that the deadline for nominations for the Governance Group closes by 31 October 2023.

New Chair for Donor Reference Group

We are thrilled to share the news of Geraldine Limborg‘s appointment as Chair of the project’s Donor Reference Group (DRG). As the Director of Operations at Oak Foundation, she has been actively involved with the project as a member of the Donor Reference Group and Supplementary Statement Working Group.

‘I am honored to serve a project that is of paramount importance for the NPO sector. My wish is to help lighten the load for grantees while ensuring donor requirements are met. Along with my passion for the project and conviction of its transformative potential, I will bring my experience on the receiving and granting sides to fulfill my responsibilities with joy and rigour, taking into account the group’s diversity.’

Join the Governance Group

The Governance Group provides strategic input to plans for the future development INPAG, overseeing the creation of a model for the development, adoption and maintenance of the guidance, and approaches to its future funding and governance. We particularly encourage women and those from Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Latin America to apply before 31 October! See below for more information.
