Pavel Gamolskiy

Pavel Gamolskiy is a graduate from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics in 1993, and a qualified auditor.  He has worked in the non-profit sector since 1988.

He has delivered more than 500 seminars on accounting and taxation in non-profit organizations in the Russian cities, and since 1995 has been the president of the association “Club of Accountants and Auditors of NGO Organizations of Russia”. Since 2007 he heads the non- profit organizations department of the audit company ‘AUDITALL’ in Moscow.

He has authored of a number of publications on accounting and taxation of NPOs published in leading economic journals, as well as books including, ‘Non-profit organizations: peculiarities of accounting and taxation’.

He is engaged in expert analysis of legislation, and participates in the development of draft laws as well as advising non-profit organizations on taxation issues. As an Expert of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, in 2002-2003 he was a member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Finance of Russia on tax reform.

By order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 255-rp dated April 22, 2010 P.Gamolskiy was recognized for his great contribution to the development of civil society institutions and active participation in the work of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
