Akintoye is a respected grant, finance, and operations professional with over 12 years of experience in local, national, and international NPOs. He has worked with various NPOs and development agencies, including TBNetwork Nigeria, Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (ANHI), Malaria Consortium and Chemonics International, heading units in the finance and operations (including administration, contracts and grants) departments, leading people and managing multi-dollar projects

He is a Chartered Accountant, a PhD. Candidate and a Master’s degree holder in finance and accounting, among other certificates infinance, accounting, leadership and programme management.

Temitope is a qualified Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and her Master’s degree (MBA) from the Business School Netherlands. With more than ten years in the NPO sector, Temitope was an accountant for FHI360 before joining Ford Foundation.
