Charles Lutimba is currently the Manager, Standards and Technical Support at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He is responsible for managing and executing standards-related activities of the Institute and providing technical support to members and other stakeholders on Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal and External Auditing, Ethics, Public Financial Management, Integrated Reporting, Corporate Governance, Sustainability Reporting, Risk Management and Taxation. 

 Charles holds a CPA qualification, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration (PoDITRA), a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Education, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Makerere University Kampala Uganda and Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).

Chris Nkwatsibwe is a Development Economist and a Social Justice Activist. He has knowledge and experience working with governance processes and initiatives in Uganda in various positions. He is a 2017 Mandela Rhodes Scholar and Leading in Public Life Fellow at the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance. He is also a 2023 alumnus of the prestigious U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the premier professional exchange program for emerging global leaders. He has a Masters of Philosophy specializing in Development Policy and Practice. His research centred on Civil Society Advocacy Strategies in Semi-Dominant Neo-Patrimonial States with a focus on Uganda.

In his current role at the Uganda National NGO Forum, he provides strategic leadership to the UNNGOF’s efforts in influencing internal and external (including global) operating environments for Civil Society Organizations and facilitating citizen engagement in governance and development processes. He previously supported the design, coordination, and implementation of various CSO collective campaigns and initiatives in Uganda.
