A professional Accountant, fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 26 years’ experience in the accounting field, around 20 of which has been with the Not for Profit sector. Passionate about systems and procedures and very keen on compliance and anti-fraud and misuse of funds, Leslie is currently the Head of Finance, Irish Aid Sierra Leone and Liberia. He is also the current Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone and an active board member of the Rainbo Initiative, a national NGO offering free medical and physiotherapy social support for survivors of rape.
