Batima Mukina is an experienced financial, compliance, and performance auditor who is committed to ensuring the successful operation of organizations in Kazakhstan. Her expertise lies in analysing, evaluating, and enhancing financial systems while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

She previously held the position of CEO at CISC, a non-profit organization that offers public grants to NGOs in Kazakhstan. This role allowed her to refine her leadership and financial management skills. Batima currently serves in multiple roles; she holds the position of Chief Executive Audit at JSC Workforce Development Centre, Treasurer at ISACA Astana Chapter, and CEO of the local trade union at JSC Workforce Development Centre in Astana, where she continues to champion financial integrity and drive positive change.

With a strong foundation in both theoretical expertise and practical experience, she is confident that her insights can significantly contribute to the establishment of international standards for preparing financial statements within the NGO sector. Her passion for this field drives her dedication to collaborating with professionals who share a commitment to excellence and ethics in developing sustainable financial solutions. She is enthusiastic about engaging in discussions, exploring project opportunities, and sharing insights.
