Dorothea Malloy is Senior Policy Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She holds an active license as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and U.K. Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CPFA). She has experience as a public accountant and tax practitioner, University Associate Professor, and Federal Government service at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and USAID
