NURUL, an enthusiastic and detailed strategist by function; governance professional, chartered secretary and legal personnel by profession, who specialised in the third sector and private sector. She is an Associate to the Malaysia Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. After completing her South Australian Matriculation in 2009, she read Law at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia on a scholarship.
Following her career twist in 2016, she has made herself as a certified Project Management Development Professional accredited by APMG International, United Kingdom. She further challenged herself to take up the responsibilities to lead the strategic direction and governance of an international grant provider, to create sustainable impact in education and empowerment of the third sector, to its beneficiaries located in the Middle East and Africa, South East Africa and Central Asia.
Currently, she actively advocates on social impact and sustainability agenda at organisation and policy making levels. Among the Organisational Development crucial aspects, especially for purpose driven entities, which she is consulting on, including but not limited to Strategy and Leadership, Financial Sustainability, Governance and Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Programme and Project Management, Impact Sustainability, Collaboration and Partnership and Quality Management.
I am excited to be part of this project because I am able to represent Malaysia and take part in this global initiative to transform the financial reporting landscape which will in turn accelerate the accountability and transparency efforts of NPOs.
