Lamia is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants in both France and Morocco. She also serves as an elected member of the National Company of Statutory Auditors (CNCC) and the Regional Company of Statutory Auditors (CRCC) in France.

With over 20 years of experience, she supports both commercial companies and non-profit organizations — including associations, federations, and foundations — in France and internationally. She also mentors trainee and aspiring chartered accountants in preparing for the French chartered accountancy diploma, whether based in France or abroad.

Lamia has a strong interest in international affairs. She is a member of the International Relations Commission of the CNCC and chairs the Experts-France Maghreb Network, an association that brings together over a hundred chartered accountants working on both sides of the Mediterranean. The network’s mission is to promote cooperation, the sharing of expertise, and the development of synergies among accounting professionals from both shores.

She is a member of commissions dedicated to the non-profit sector, including the Associations working group of the Paris–Île-de-France Order of Chartered Accountants and the ‘Sports Clubs working group’ of the National Company of Statutory Auditors. These bodies focus on addressing the technical, regulatory, and organizational challenges specific to associations and their operations.

Lamia is also a member of the Licensing Commission of the International Cycling Union (UCI) in Switzerland, as well as the National Commission for Control and Management (CNCG) of the French Handball Federation (FFHandball). These two bodies are responsible for ensuring the administrative, legal, and financial compliance of affiliated sports clubs and associations.

Lamia est Experte-comptable et Commissaire aux comptes, inscrite à l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables en France et au Maroc. Elle siège également en tant qu’élue à la Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) ainsi qu’à la Compagnie Régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CRCC) de Paris-Île-de-France.

Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience, elle accompagne aussi bien des sociétés commerciales que des structures du secteur non marchand — associations, fédérations, fondations — en France comme à l’international. Elle encadre également des experts-comptables stagiaires et mémorialistes dans la préparation au diplôme d’expertise comptable, que ce soit en France ou depuis l’étranger.

Lamia manifeste un fort intérêt pour l’international. Elle est membre de la Commission « Relations Internationales » de la CNCC et préside le « Réseau Experts-France Maghreb », une association regroupant plus d’une centaine d’experts-comptables exerçant des deux côtés de la Méditerranée. Ce réseau a pour vocation de promouvoir la coopération, le partage d’expertise et le développement de synergies entre les professionnels des chiffres des deux rives.

Elle est membre de commissions dédiées au secteur associatif, notamment les groupes de travail « Associations » de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables Paris–Île-de-France et « Clubs sportifs » de la Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes. Ces instances s’attachent à traiter des enjeux techniques, réglementaires et organisationnels propres aux associations et à leur mode de fonctionnement.

Lamia est également membre de la Commission des Licences de l’Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) en Suisse, ainsi que de la Commission Nationale de Contrôle et de Gestion (CNCG) de la Fédération Française de Handball (FFHandball). Ces deux instances sont chargées de veiller à la conformité administrative, juridique et financière des clubs et associations sportives affiliés.
