Sizwile Masukuma-Sibindi

Biography

Sizwile is an ACCA Fellow, who has worked in the non profit sector for the last 18 years. She has worked in various finance and compliance roles in the international development sector, including organisations such as World Vision, Voluntary Services Overseas and currently Chemonics Inc. She has worked in East and Southern Africa, supporting projects in Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania among others. She is passionate about capacity building for community based organizations and local NGOs, and has in the past worked as a OD and capacity building consultant, focusing on governance, financial management and compliance.  In addition to being an ACCA chartered accountant, she is also a registered mentor for Oxford Brookes university, mentoring the next generation of accountants as they undertake their degrees.
