Biography

Monica is a Ugandan lawyer specialising in governance and development. She is a Senior Adviser at the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre, a permanent centre at the Chr. Michelsen Institute in Bergen, Norway, where she advises bi-lateral development agencies (UK Aid, Sida, Norad, Danida, Global Affairs Canada, Finland Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GIZ/BMZ, Swiss Development Cooperation and Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) on anti-corruption in public service delivery and gender and corruption.
