Project Governance

The project is governed by a Steering Group comprising executive and non-executive members.

Role of the Steering Group

The role of the Steering Group is to provide oversight to the delivery of the project, through the partnership between Humentum and CIPFA. It will ensure that the project partners remain focused on the project objectives, and that these are delivered cost effectively. This is an advisory body, which will contribute to making a step-change globally to the quality and consistency of financial reporting in a sector that makes a difference to so many people’s lives.

Non Executive-Members

The non-executive members of the Steering group are drawn from the accountancy profession, the donor community and civil society. The third member is yet to be appointed.

Pamela Monroe-Ellis

NPOs play a crucial role to nation development and are all vital contributors to the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. High quality financial reporting is essential for NPOs and stakeholders achieving true value. I look forward to the successful implementation of this project.
